　　今天烈日炎炎，我和姐姐做完作業(yè)感到非常熱，便決定做一次冰沙。

　　首先，我們拿來(lái)兩個(gè)杯子，往杯子里裝滿(mǎn)水，然后倒掉一口，為什么倒掉一口呢？因為我們倒得太滿(mǎn)，沒(méi)辦法倒蜂蜜了，沒(méi)有蜂蜜可不好喝。接著(zhù)加入蜂蜜，用筷子攪拌均勻。最后我們把杯子放入冰箱。
