前幾天進(jìn)修學(xué)校的小學(xué)科學(xué)教研員通知我去沈陽(yáng)參加“中央教育科研所小學(xué)科學(xué)教育研究中心主辦的全國第二屆(東北區)小學(xué)科學(xué)優(yōu)質(zhì)課評選研討會(huì )”。對于我這個(gè)不正規的科學(xué)老師來(lái)說(shuō)真是一次天大的、難得的學(xué)習機會(huì )。這話(huà)要從上學(xué)期參與的論文比賽說(shuō)起,我平時(shí)由于很關(guān)注教育的教學(xué)活動(dòng),經(jīng)常到縣教育網(wǎng)站看看,有沒(méi)有適合自己參加的活動(dòng),有一次我看到了省教育學(xué)院征集小學(xué)科學(xué)學(xué)科的論文和教學(xué)設計。我就找來(lái)各年級的教材和參考資料,又到網(wǎng)上細心閱讀科學(xué)教學(xué)設計的寫(xiě)法,因為參加工作以來(lái)我一直從事數學(xué)學(xué)科,對于小學(xué)數學(xué)是輕車(chē)熟路,而對于科學(xué)還是一個(gè)門(mén)外漢,但既然要做就要做好。我定好課題<植物的葉>;一課后,就開(kāi)始揣摩怎么才能把教案寫(xiě)的有創(chuàng )新,不落入熟套,還有一定的學(xué)習價(jià)值。我寫(xiě)完以后又征求了教學(xué)上有名望的老師的意見(jiàn),他認為行了,我才把教案送到進(jìn)修學(xué)校。但直到這學(xué)期開(kāi)學(xué),進(jìn)修學(xué)校才通知送到省里參評,還可以在出版的書(shū)中發(fā)表。
雖然學(xué)校有3個(gè)專(zhuān)職的科學(xué)教師,但都因為年齡大,有些固守田園的思想,所以學(xué)校在科學(xué)學(xué)科的活動(dòng)中總是一片空白。劉校長(cháng)看我很求上進(jìn),做事雷厲風(fēng)行。就讓我申報了進(jìn)修學(xué)校教研員幫帶骨干教師培養名師”活動(dòng)。也是我的個(gè)人教學(xué)能力還過(guò)硬,很慶幸在進(jìn)修學(xué)校的評選中,我卻成為入選者。(這也預示著(zhù)我要在科學(xué)學(xué)科上不斷豐富自己的教學(xué)能力,以后要參加很多教學(xué)活動(dòng)的,也是要付出艱辛的勞動(dòng)的)
和劉校長(cháng)談?wù)撈疬@件事時(shí),我說(shuō)要感謝她給了我申報培訓名師的機會(huì ),才有了外出學(xué)習的.機會(huì )。而她卻說(shuō)如果沒(méi)有你個(gè)人工作上的努力,我是根本想不到要申報你的。機會(huì )對于每個(gè)人來(lái)說(shuō)是均等的,是你自己創(chuàng )造的機會(huì ),架設好了進(jìn)步的橋梁。只要你不怕苦,以后你還會(huì )在科學(xué)學(xué)科上出成績(jì)的。
