元旦晚會(huì )宣傳方案

一、晚會(huì )主題
激揚青春·彰顯個(gè)性——暨2014年水塘中學(xué)元旦晚會(huì )
二、活動(dòng)對象：
水塘中學(xué)全體師生
三、活動(dòng)時(shí)間、場(chǎng)地：
xx年11月28日19:00、籃球場(chǎng)臨時(shí)搭建舞臺

五、節目來(lái)源分配：
1、每個(gè)班準備參演節目至少一個(gè)，節目圍繞“激揚青春·中國夢(mèng)”的主題，同時(shí)附音樂(lè )光盤(pán)。
2、每個(gè)班報送的節目形式，可以是唱歌、舞蹈、相聲、小品等多種形式，節目?jì)热荼仨毥】�，積極向上，富有時(shí)代感，能體現青年學(xué)生和民族地區的民族特色。
3、11月25日前由柳國榮負責組織評委對學(xué)生節目進(jìn)行篩選，選出19個(gè)高質(zhì)量的節目參加元旦晚會(huì )展演。
4、文藝晚會(huì )分別設置一、二、三等獎，其中一等獎1個(gè)，獎金200元；二等獎3個(gè)，獎金100元，三等獎4個(gè)，獎金50元，合計700元。
六、晚會(huì )節目要求
1、內容文明健康、積極向上，用藝術(shù)的形式弘揚民族優(yōu)秀文化和中華民族傳統美德，唱響時(shí)代主旋律，展現校園新風(fēng)尚；貼近學(xué)生生活，反映我校師生良好的精神風(fēng)貌。
2、既有時(shí)代特色，又要適合學(xué)校特點(diǎn)。
3、形式力求靈活多樣、新穎、豐富多彩，有獨創(chuàng )性。
4、節目形式建議：
歌舞類(lèi)（大合唱、小合唱、重唱、獨唱、對唱、歌曲串燒、歌伴舞、集體舞、獨舞、民族舞、現代舞、街舞等、武術(shù)等）；
樂(lè )器類(lèi)（鋼琴、古箏、吉他、小提琴等等）
語(yǔ)言類(lèi)（朗誦、小品、相聲、快板、校園劇、情景劇等）；
6、單個(gè)節目時(shí)長(cháng)控制在6分鐘內。
七、活動(dòng)具體分工
第一項目組：節目組
組長(cháng)：柳國榮
組員：楊顯芝 胡云葵 馬艷華
任務(wù)：
1、各班班主任負責落實(shí)本班節目的安排、督促排練、檢查協(xié)調工作。
2、柳國榮負責完成節目收集、篩選及后期的彩排工
作；負責節目的編排及晚會(huì )全流程的銜接，節目單的制作。
第二項目組：舞臺及背景設計組
組長(cháng)：鄭義春
組員：李忠海 代榮兵 刀彥飛
任務(wù)：
1、舞臺整體設計，包括背景設計、舞臺裝飾設計方案。
2、準備舞臺及背景裝飾所需物品。
第三項目組：燈光音響及電力保障組
組長(cháng)：李興榮
組員：李 俊 羅榮興
任務(wù)：負責接通并檢查晚會(huì )電路，協(xié)助晚會(huì )期間舞臺燈光設備、音箱設備的安裝調試。
第四項目組：后勤保障組
組長(cháng)：刀彥飛
組員：楊雪松、刀振榮、李華東及后勤人員
任務(wù)：
1、現場(chǎng)攝影、攝像。
2、協(xié)助準備部分晚會(huì )所需的服裝、道具。
3、晚會(huì )所需物品購買(mǎi)。
4、晚會(huì )產(chǎn)生的各種費用的收集、報銷(xiāo)。
第五項目組：安全及場(chǎng)地組
組長(cháng)：朱學(xué)云
組員：王國飛，白建峰、學(xué)校警衛及學(xué)生會(huì )部分成員
任務(wù)：1、晚會(huì )場(chǎng)地劃分。
2、晚會(huì )期間會(huì )場(chǎng)紀律維持。
3、會(huì )場(chǎng)安全保衛及緊急情況處理。
第六項目組：節目主持組
組長(cháng)：湯酥泓
組員：學(xué)生會(huì )宣傳組成員
任務(wù)：1、主持人選拔、培訓。
2、節目主持詞串聯(lián)及互動(dòng)游戲設計。
3、主持人形象設計。
第七項目組：舞臺運行組
組長(cháng)：代昌齊
組員：全體學(xué)生會(huì )成員
任務(wù)：1、負責節目的出場(chǎng)的協(xié)調，保證節目的`連貫性。
2、負責節目演員上下臺及道具的上下，維持上下場(chǎng)秩序。
3、負責收齊所有節目的伴奏音樂(lè )，并標上節目名稱(chēng)及在光盤(pán)上的位置或刻錄成套盤(pán)，協(xié)助音響組工作。
4、負責應急情況處置。
八、各階段任務(wù)及工作分配
1、晚會(huì )策劃準備期（10月10日--11月10日）：
任務(wù)：
A、節目收集：各班班主任落實(shí)本班參演節目，并于 11月10日前報柳國榮處。
B、節目主持組選定主持人并進(jìn)行相應訓練和準備
2、晚會(huì )協(xié)調及進(jìn)展期（11月10日--11月19日）：
任務(wù)：
A、各年級抓緊時(shí)間排練，班主任適時(shí)檢查，校團支部協(xié)調組織節目組成員于晚會(huì )正式開(kāi)始前擇日對參演節目進(jìn)行彩排，確定最終參演節目并基本確定節目演出順序。
B、舞臺及背景設計組拿出設計方案，制作好背景，并做相應的物品準備。
C、燈光音響及宣傳組落實(shí)音響系統、用電供給檢查。
D、節目主持組完成主持稿及互動(dòng)游戲設計。
3、晚會(huì )倒計時(shí)期（11月20日--11月27日）
任務(wù)：
A、學(xué)校召開(kāi)元旦晚會(huì )籌備會(huì )，協(xié)調、落實(shí)相關(guān)工作。
B、節目組于11月27日前組織參演節目進(jìn)行最后一次彩排，最終確定節目演出順序并制作節目單。
C、燈光音響及宣傳組完成音響系統、燈光的安裝調試。
D、后勤保障組完成舞臺的搭建、布置工作。
E、安全及場(chǎng)地組做好師生場(chǎng)地劃分及相應安全保障工作。
F、學(xué)�？倓�(wù)處邀請相關(guān)嘉賓。
九、幾點(diǎn)說(shuō)明：
1、舉行迎新年元旦匯演是教育教學(xué)和德育活動(dòng)的一個(gè)重要組成部分，是豐富師生文化生活、宣傳黨的方針政策的重要途徑；同時(shí)，也是向各級領(lǐng)導、社會(huì )各界展示、宣傳我校的大好時(shí)機。各年級各班接通知后，一定要高度重視，精心組織、抓緊排練，真正把參演節目排練成精品，奉獻給全校師生，為共同打造一個(gè)和諧、文明、生機勃勃的校園做出自己的貢獻。
2、希望各組精誠協(xié)作、相互配合，圓滿(mǎn)完成本次活動(dòng)。
